AFFIDAVIT

 

 

          I, Shashi Kant  Gupta s/o Late Mr. Bal Dev Raj Gupta, R/o 3/14, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110018, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:-

 

1.                      That I am a citizen of India and my date of birth is 11.12.1951.

 

2.                      That a female child namely MEENAKSHI GUPTA was born on 15.02.1976 (15^th day of February, Nineteen Hundred Seventy Six) at New Delhi out of my wedlock with Mrs. Anita Gupta.

 

3.                      That I have personal knowledge about the birth of said MEENAKSHI GUPTA being the natural father and I was personally present at the time of her birth.

 

4.                      That it is my true and correct statement.
